Pilates!!! I run Pilates on Tuesday nights – 5.20pm face to face in my studio and 7.30pm live stream from home. The 5.20pm course is currently full but if you would like to join in the future drop me a message. The next 7.30pm live stream course starts 23rd May. Belly Dancing has restarted on Friday nights with Sophie! Sessions are £5 for Julie Liggins Fitness members and £7 for non-members. You can book your space at www.bookwhen.com/julieligginsfitness and pay on arrival in the studio.

Verve Kickboxing

Originally established in 2008, our club has grown successfully and we now have class offerings daily within the local areas of Droitwich and Bromsgrove.

Anyone can join our Kickboxing classes, any age and any fitness level.
Our team of fully qualified Instructors offer programs specifically designed for Children, Adults, Families and Ladies Only, allowing students of all ages and abilities to get the most from their training/journey.
